Helen同學(xué)是在2016年加入天行一中的，是天行一中的第一屆畢業(yè)生。作為第一屆學(xué)生的家長(zhǎng)，Helen同學(xué)的父親杜先生也和天行一起經(jīng)歷了創(chuàng)校。正是因?yàn)閷?duì)天行辦學(xué)理念的認(rèn)同，杜先生不論是在孩子就讀天行期間還是畢業(yè)之后，都不斷用自己的力量來(lái)推廣天行精神。今天，小編特意采訪了杜先生，讓我們一起來(lái)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)他及孩子與天行一中的故事吧。

Helen joined Teensen school in 2016 and was the first graduate of Teensen school. As the parents of the first class of students, Helen’s father, Mr. Du, also experienced the creation of the school with Teensen. Because of his recognition of the school philosophy of tianxing, Mr. Du continued to use his own strength to promote the spirit of Teensen both during his children’s study in Teensen and after graduation. Today, xiaobian specially interviewed Mr. Du, let us listen to him and his children and the story of the day.

作為創(chuàng)校家長(zhǎng)的杜先生回看與天行共同成長(zhǎng)的經(jīng)歷，覺(jué)得創(chuàng)校家長(zhǎng)就像是在風(fēng)雪中帶領(lǐng)大家向前奔跑的拉雪橇的領(lǐng)頭犬。在天行的三年中，經(jīng)歷過(guò)喜悅，經(jīng)歷過(guò)困難，但正是這些困難，讓孩子們得以更好地成長(zhǎng)。

Mr. Du, as the parents of the school, looked back at the experience of growing up together with Teensen, and felt that the parents of the school was like the leading dog of the sled that led everyone to run in the snow. During the three years in heaven, there were joys and difficulties, but it was these difficulties that allowed the children to grow better.

采訪的當(dāng)天，我們特意把地點(diǎn)選在了天行一中新校區(qū)。剛踏進(jìn)新校區(qū)的大門(mén)，看到整齊氣派的古風(fēng)建筑以及下課時(shí)同學(xué)們?cè)诓賵?chǎng)上有說(shuō)有笑的樣子，杜先生激動(dòng)的心情溢于言表。他對(duì)我們說(shuō)：“從天行創(chuàng)校到現(xiàn)在，我見(jiàn)證了天行一路成長(zhǎng)的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。天行從剛開(kāi)始的初具規(guī)模到現(xiàn)在的不斷發(fā)展壯大，所取得的成就是有目共睹的?！?/p>

He said to us, “from the founding of Teensen to now, I have witnessed the growth of tianxing. Teensen has been developing from the beginning to the present, and its achievements are obvious to all.

?選擇大于努力

說(shuō)起當(dāng)初選擇讓孩子就讀天行，杜先生表示絲毫不后悔。在天行這樣一所小而美的學(xué)校里，實(shí)行小班制教學(xué)模式，完全不存在老師偏愛(ài)哪一個(gè)學(xué)生的現(xiàn)象。他非常感謝天行的教師團(tuán)隊(duì)，當(dāng)孩子在學(xué)習(xí)或生活上遇到任何問(wèn)題時(shí)，老師都能夠察覺(jué)到并且第一時(shí)間幫助他們?nèi)ソ鉀Q。除此之外，老師們還很擅長(zhǎng)激發(fā)孩子的潛能，變不可能為可能，以前想都不敢想的事情在天行都能得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。如果沒(méi)有進(jìn)天行，Helen可能只是在一所普通的二本院校上大學(xué)，根本不可能進(jìn)愛(ài)丁堡大學(xué)，更不可能有機(jī)會(huì)去劍橋大學(xué)面試，與世界頂級(jí)教授面對(duì)面交流。

“I’m glad my child chose to go to heaven.” In such a small and beautiful school, the implementation of small class teaching model, there is no teacher preference which student phenomenon. I am very grateful to the team of teachers in Teensen. When children encounter any problems in study or life, teachers can always notice them and help them to solve them at the first time. In addition, teachers are also good at inspiring their children’s potential, making it impossible and possible to do things that were once unthinkable. If Helen had not been admitted to the world famous university of Edinburgh, she would not have had the chance to interview with the world’s top professors at Cambridge university.

化害羞為自信

當(dāng)談及孩子在天行最大的收獲時(shí)，杜先生分享到：在天行的三年中，Helen最大的成長(zhǎng)便是她能夠勇敢自信地面對(duì)任何挑戰(zhàn)。進(jìn)入高中之前，Helen還是一個(gè)從來(lái)不敢在公眾面前發(fā)言的害羞的小女孩，經(jīng)過(guò)在天行三年的歷練，商賽、演講、主持，她都可以自信淡定從容地應(yīng)對(duì)。

I think the most important thing my child has learned in the past three years is that she can face any challenge with courage and confidence. Before entering high school, Helen was a shy girl who never dared to speak in public. After three years of practice in Teensen, she could handle business competition, speech and hosting confidently and calmly.

天行精神受益終生

在采訪的過(guò)程中，杜先生說(shuō)的最多的詞語(yǔ)就是感謝。讓杜先生感到最欣慰的是：在成長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程中，Helen知道了想要贏得別人的認(rèn)可就要先學(xué)會(huì)付出。而這正是天行精神的一種，這種付出精神，也不斷影響著天行的老師和學(xué)生。當(dāng)孩子們有一天離開(kāi)校園，身上已經(jīng)在不知不覺(jué)中帶著在天行努力付出的烙印。如今，Helen只身前往英國(guó)求學(xué)，在這樣一個(gè)陌生的大環(huán)境中，她能夠堅(jiān)持自己的目標(biāo)，自信而不忘初心的走下去，實(shí)屬不易。而孩子的這種超強(qiáng)適應(yīng)能力和這一份堅(jiān)持的決心也得益于在天行經(jīng)歷的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。

During the interview, Mr. Du said the most words is thank you. In his words, we can feel his pride and pride in his children’s achievements, as well as his high recognition of the spirit of nature.“I’m glad to say that as she grew up, Helen learned that to win others’ approval, she had to learn to pay first” Mr. Du said. And this is the spirit of a day, the spirit of paying, also constantly affect the teachers and students of day. When the children leave school one day, they are imperceptibly branded with their efforts. Now, Helen is going to study in the UK. In such a strange environment, she is able to stick to her goal, confident and keep her original intention, which is really not easy. And the child’s super ability to adapt and this determination to persist also benefits from the experience in the day. Sometimes the choice is greater than the effort, a correct choice can let the child fly higher, farther!
